Rina, also known as Rine!, Ohio, or American Cookie, is a member of the Blob Council of Blob Emoji. She also serves as the Chief Prosecutor of the Blob Court of State, where she is responsible for overseeing prosecutions, and conducting investigations. She enjoys making art, she has a good sense of humour, she's also generally popular in the public opinion

History

Rina joined Blob Emoji in early 2018 as an ordinary community member. During that period, the server was placed under lockdown following a large influx of new members, while the Blobian government pursued a controversial anti-immigration policy. As she became more involved, Rina joined the Blob Council as a trainee, to the community projects and artwork. In 2019, she was appointed as a prosecutor to the High Court, Her experience and service later led to her promotion as the court's Deputy Vice Prosecutor, making her a senior member of the Blobian judicial system. During the attempted March 28 coup d'état against the democratically elected government of Blobia, Rina publicly opposed the coup plotters and refused to recognize the declaration of martial law. Following the coup's defeat, the government carried out a broad institutional reorganization(also known as big reshuffle) and purge of officials who had supported the takeover, but also members of the opposition and democratically elected officals. As part of these reforms, Rina was appointed Chief Prosecutor, becoming the head of the Blob Court of State's prosecutorial office.

CatPencilPan

On June 15, 2026, Stroopwafel (also known as Stijn) publicly accused CatPencil of having broken the mixer himself. CatPencil immediately rejected the allegation, An investigation was opened by Chief Prosecutor Rina, who stated that no evidence supported the accusation against CatPencil. Shortly afterward, chief prosecutor Rina herself, publicly claimed responsibility for breaking the mixer, identifying herself as the perpetrator. Stroopwafel rejected the confession, instead alleging that Rina was attempting to protect the real culprit and was abusing her position of authority to influence the investigation. Both Rina and CatPencil strongly denied these allegations, maintaining that the investigation had been conducted fairly and that there was no evidence linking CatPencil to the damage of the mixer.

Art Passion

Rina has a long-standing passion for art. She has created and published many high-quality pixel art pieces, earning praise from the community for her work. She continues to draw, taking inspiration from her interests and artistic passion.

Appearance

Rina's appearance has been somewhat controversial. At first, many people thought she was a pink bunny because of her long ears. Later, however, Rina stated that she was actually meant to be a pink cat. Some community members disagreed, even claiming that she wasn't pink at all.
